SECOND PRACTICE VIDEO

 

 TO MAKE 4 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1*90g/3oz  packet of any flavoured jelly.
  2. 1*90g/3oz  packet of a different flavoured jelly.
  3. 500ml/17,5 fl oz hot water.
  4. 500ml/17,5 fl oz cold water.
UTENSILS
  1. flat tray
  2. 4 glass serving bowl.
  3. whisk
  4. ladle
  5. large bowl
STEPS
  1. pour jelly powder into large bowl.
  2. start whisking.
  3. slowly add half of hot water.
  4. whisk until jelly powder has dissolved.
  5. slowly add cold water and whisk once more.
  6. repeat the procces whit second packet of jelly.
  7. transfer the jelly.
  8. ladle jelly syrup into two glass serving bowls.
  9. ladle second jelly into two reamaining bowls.
  10. chill.
  11. place bowls in fridge and chill for 2-4 hr.
  12. present and serve.
  13. when fully set remove from fridge.
  14. place some fresh fruit on top of jellies.
  15. serve with ice cream or cream.
  16. enjoy!
